Return Policy
We take pride in our craftsmanship, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within the first 7 days of your delivery date, we will take back the product and issue a refund or exchange. Opened boxes are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. Opened and assembled racks are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. All products must be in perfect condition, unused, and resalable. Please notify us via e-mail (click Here) as to the reason for the return as well as your name, address, order number and name of product purchased. We will then contact you with a Return Authorization # and instructions on where and how to make the return. Please keep original packaging to make the return. The customer pays for return shipping and all packages must be insured for the full sale amount. Note: Please allow 15 business days from the time the item is returned to process a refund. Please note that credit card refunds may not appear until the following billing cycle.

All of our users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices.
