i have washburn ab 10 acoustic bass guitar. i was playing at a party and leaned it against a chair for a minute… boom it fell over face first and broke it right at the nut, dang.
some gorilla glue and clamping and a week later was as good as new. played it outside at a pool party, humidity and gorilla glue don’t mix. joint failed while i was playing it.
elmers carpenters glue and clamps, good as new again. well i should have known better than to lean it against a table but…. you guessed it.
by now i’m getting really good at the glueup and clamping… please keep me from leaning it on stuff. hmmm a rack would be much safer, jus sayin….
