I dated a woman that was selfish to a fault, she was jealous of me spending time with my guitars. One night she grabbed my acoustic, that my dad had given me & threatened to break it. I snatched it back & DEMOLISHED IT INTO THE FLOOR. Splinters…. Strings….. KABOOM.
Wasn’t a great guitar, but it was the only thing he ever gave me. He has cancer now, & I sure wish I had not been so quick to react….. (Sigh) Good lesson in counting to 10, walking away… Cost me dearly.
