Had a girlfriend that I was living with, tried to change me saying that I spent too much time playing guitar and gigging than spending time with her. She took my guitar and smashed it into about 30 pieces. My favorite guitar was now in pieces and my girlfriend was now an ex-girlfriend.
Lucky for me I had a good friend that painstakingly put my guitar back together and rewired it also. Unbelievable! I still rock that guitar today and it’s still my favorite!
Moral of the story; You can break my heart but don’t ever break my guitar.
