FAQs
A: We use nitro-safe wool felt at every guitar contact point to protect delicate finishes, including vintage instruments with nitrocellulose lacquer.
A: Not quite. Since guitars lean back in the stand, you’ll need to leave about 2 to 5 inches of space between the rack and the wall, depending on the length of your guitars.
A: Most guitars with curved bottoms — like standard electrics and acoustics — fit just fine. Guitars with sharp, angled bodies like Flying Vs won’t fit in this rack.
A: Yes, it can hold jumbo guitars with bodies up to 5 inches deep.
A: No. These instruments have wider necks and unique shapes that aren’t suited for the Session Deluxe rack design.
A: The four support rails are made from solid hardwood. The sides are real wood veneer over an MDF core and include a decorative herringbone inlay on the front edge.strong>
A: The Session Deluxe is not designed for mobility. But check out our Session-Pro model multi guitar stands — they include locking wheels and are built to handle movement safely.
A: Your guitars will sit about 3 inches off the floor. If your space is prone to flooding, we recommend avoiding basement storage.
A: Unfortunately, we are not offering custom sizing at this time.

Delivery Timeframe: Your order should depart from our warehouse in 2-5 business days and is sent via UPS or FedEx Ground. A tracking number will be emailed to you directly from the shipping carrier as soon as the shipment is en-route.

Returns
RE: MISSING PARTS - If a product arrives and parts are missing, please email us within the first 15 days of your delivery date. We will ship your replacement parts within 5 business days of receiving your message.
RE: DAMAGED RETURNS - If a product arrives damaged, please email us photos (required) of the damaged component and the box in which it was shipped and notify us immediately (i.e., within the first 15 days of your delivery date). We will ship to you replacement(s) for the damaged part(s) and issue a return shipping label for the damaged parts (if we require the damaged parts to be returned).
RE: NON-DAMAGED RETURNS - We take pride in our craftsmanship, but if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund (minus the initial shipping cost and return shipping cost). We must be notified via email within the first 30 days of your delivery date. All returns must arrive at our receiving location in perfect, unused, and resellable condition. Please notify us via e-mail as to the reason for the return as well as your name, address, order number and name of product purchased. We will then contact you with a Return Authorization # and instructions on where and how to make the return. IMPORTANT: Please keep all original packaging to make the return.

I saw a comment on the assembly instruction YouTube video that said this is essentially an IKEA guitar stand presumably because it’s assembled with camlocks. Having assembled it, this is FAR superior to IKEA furniture in every way. The camlocks screw into nylon inserts and are rock solid and the materials are all top notch.
Now for the design flaw: Guitars are only supported by the two lower rails. If a thin body guitar is rotated more than 30 degrees or so, it will slide off of the felt and drop between the lower front and back rail catching ungracefully by the headstock in the neck cutout or, if a bass, crash to the floor. This could be solved by adding 5-6″ wide removable spacers either perpendicular across or parallel along the lower rails to take up the gap between guitars as necessary and prevent them from rotating. Heck, pool noodles would do the trick. I’ll eventually fabricate something that works, but at this price point I shouldn’t have to.
Also, the neck cutouts are shaped like they would cradle a right handed instrument perfectly, but the neck never rests in the bowl due to the weight distribution of the instrument. It falls to the low point of the cutout. Given this, they could have been cut symmetrically but this is a minor gripe.
Otherwise, the stand looks and works great.
